The basics of Organic food is that produce is grown without the use of pesticides and herbicides.
In simple terms it is old fashioned farming the way mother nature intended.

There are however strict guidelines that certified producers must follow that ensure wholesome poduction and that foods are not enhanced with artificial nutrients.

All organic food can be traced from source, so in vegetable growers like us – a cauliflower for example can be traced back to its seed.

This gives any prospective customer added guarantee that what they are being provided with is a true Organic product.
